I will admit, my negative thoughts were out in full force last night. Especially after the Phillies scored in the first. But these Mets proved once again that it is NOT 2007. That was a huge win last night. Santana doing exactly what he was brought in to do, the bullpen doing their job, and Carlos Delgado absolutely CRUSHING two Cole Hamels pitches. I couldn't relax until J-Roll struck out to end the game(and how SWEET was THAT ?), but that was a huge win for the Mets. Nice job.
