Now THAT was more like it.
I admit, I was worried about this series with the Phillies.But man, we beat them three out of four. Picked up tow games on them. Stayed four ahead of the Braves. Beltran hit like fiend. Delgado got a few hits, 2 homers. Maybe, just maybe, the slumbering giant is awakening.
Even Pelphrey seemed to pitch well on Sunday, even though he took the loss. Overall, very POSITIVE weekend, baseball-wise.
