I am trying to stay positive, trying to focus on the former being true...But I have a sneaking suspicion that the latter is more accurate...I had a bad vision this morning of the Phillies in first place at the end of the weekend series. I hope that it is just my powerful pessimistic side(on par with the Dark Side of the Force) rearing it's ugly head, but something about the Mets just seems off.
Now, if not for the abysmal record through the first three weeks on June, last night would not feel like a big deal, but it's hard to separate the two.
I must just not dwell, and hope that we pick it back up tonight.

Mets got a measly 2-0 early ending win... but I'll take it!!!
Unfortunately the Braves won, too.
