I will admit it, i was a real defeatist last night. I was absolutely SURE that the Mets would lose that game last night. I was sure that Pujols would come up in the ninth and put the Cardinals ahead. I am very happy that i was wrong. It was a nice team win last night. Redding stepped up nicely, went fairly deep into the game, gave the bullpen a bit of a rest. Now they just need to win more than one game in the series.
And now Beltran goes on the DL. This is getting more than a little ridiculous.
