Wow...A couple of ugly, shitty games around a good one. I like the way the team rallied around Luis Castillo after the drop on Friday night, but it's still the kind of errors that a team with any real aspirations just should not make. And then Santana laying an egg on Sunday just made it that much worse. It's amazing how the win on Saturday really took the sting off of Friday's loss, but i think that was mostly because looking ahead to Sunday we had Santana on the mound...Unfortunately, he pitched more like Carlos Santana than Johan Santana.
And conversely, the loss on Sunday would ahve been MUCH easier to take if Luis had closed his glove on Friday.

Dammit.
