I know, I know, there are some bitter phucking Phillies fans out there saying that a two game sweep is not a sweep, but...it IS!! It's not the Mets fault that there was not a third game to win.
Nice game by Pelf last night. Kept getting the double play groundouts. Very nice.
Some pretty bad umping calls, from what i hear. I saw the Victorino "interference" play which ended up costing us two runs, and that was straight up bullshit. But, two gift runs, and the Mets STILL win the game. Nice.
Now, the Mets need to put it to the Pirates. No let up. How about a 3 game sweep this time ?
