Keerist, how big was that homer by Beltran ? I mean, I don't know what might happen from now on, but if they had lost that game last night, I seriously think the season would have effectively been over. that would have been devastating.
As it is, it's till easier right now to focus on the failure by Wagner in the 9th, but the fact that they salvaged the game is pretty good.
And how about Pelfrey ? Did he take a big step forward last night, was it an aberration ? Time will tell, I suppose.
